Arianne Toves (she/her) is an Educational Trainer bringing Professional Development workshops to School Districts & Community Based Organizations on the practical application of Organizational Leadership & Change Management within Teams.
Arianne's training series are rooted in the principles of justice, equity, diversity & inclusivity inviting professionals to use the impact of their influence to create personal, professional & organizational change.
Arianne holds an A.A. in Communications from De Anza College (Cupertino, CA), a B.A in Psychology from Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, OK), and a Masters of Public Administration from USC (Los Angeles, CA), as well as, an English Teaching Credential from the University of California, Merced and is a Certificated Mental Health Counselor through Dr. Daniel Amen's world renown Brain & Mental Health expert's, Light University.
Working within the Justice Involved, Behavioral Health & Educational fields for over 20 years, Arianne brings engaging learning experiences to empower professionals with tools that build collaborative, trusting teams as they become the change they wish to see in their personal & professional worlds.
