Arianne Toves (she/her) is an Educational Trainer bringing Professional Development workshops to California College & School Districts on the practical application of strategies for Organizational Leadership & Behavioral Change within educational environments.
Arianne's training series are rooted in the principles of justice, equity, diversity and inclusivity inviting professionals to use their influence to create personal, professional and organizational change.
Arianne holds an A.A. in Communications from De Anza College (Cupertino, CA), a B.A in Psychology from Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, OK), and a Masters of Public Administration from USC (Los Angeles, CA). Arianne has an English Teaching Credential from the University of California, Merced and is a Certificated Mental Health Counselor through Dr. Daniel Amen's world renown Brain & Mental Health expert's, Light University.
Working within the Behavioral Health and Educational fields for over 20 years, Arianne brings engaging learning experiences to empower professionals to grow their interpersonal practices to become the change they wish to see in their personal and professional worlds.
